Problems with ordering?

We are aware that some users of Safari & Google Chrome browsers are having occasional errors when trying to complete their order. We are aware of the problem and our website developers are working on a fix. Here are some work arounds and fixes

Use the “pay later” option if you card payment is not going through. We can process payments manually after
If you press “place order” and nothing happens, try refresh the page and try again
Your order is only confirmed IF you are shown an order number on the screen and receive an email straight away.

Other Tips & Tricks

Find all your photos first and add them to your favourites, it makes making packages easier
If ordering a printed package such as a Quad, Triple or Double, make sure to include any requires details for that event, such as your child’s name, club, medal etc.
We will pick the best layout to suit the images that you have chosen
Digital Downloads are none refundable - so double check that you have the correct photos before purchase
